MANILA, Philippines–San Miguel hit all the important shots late on Sunday night to slip past Magnolia, 85-78, in the PBA Commissioner’s Cup.

Marcio Lassiter, frosty throughout the night, buried back-to-back triples while CJ Perez sank one more to put the Hotshots away for good at Ynares Center in Antipolo City.

This venture would involve an investment of about $75 million, according to the firm’s top official.

And this is a good thing for us—winning against Magnolia because they are a contender going into Top 8. So this is a big [development] for us,” coach Leo Austria said.
